Q: Is pickup really free?
A: Yep! Free local pickup in the Cowichan Valley. If you’re a bit outside of town, reach out, and we’ll see what we can do.

Q: What happens to my old tech?
A: I sort through everything and do my best to refurbish, reuse, or responsibly recycle. Usable parts might be repaired or donated, while anything else goes to certified recycling programs.

Q: Is my personal data safe?
A: 100%. All devices are wiped to industry standards before reuse or disposal. If you’re extra concerned, I also offer secure data destruction as an add-on service.

Q: Do you take big items like TVs or copiers?
A: Not usually, but I can point you in the right direction. For larger items, send a photo and I’ll let you know if I can help.

Q: Can businesses use this service too?
A: Absolutely! If you’re upgrading your office or cleaning out old inventory, I’ll make it easy to recycle responsibly.
